By request

The primary purpose of my Grant Activities will be to bring my show, By Request, to non-traditional venues like The VA, homeless shelters, and public areas that would not normally have Access to a professionally trained violinist. I have been taking requests for the past 2 years, and played more than a thousand hours of live requests. Depending on the Audience demographic we might have everything from the exposition of Sibelius Violin Concerto to Yeah! by Usher in the same program. I love to give audiences music that they love in a new way - and even though I have taken so many requests, each show usually elicits at least one song I have never seen or heard before, which makes it especially exciting for me. When I was training at the University, I would have never imagined that I would be performing music at sight!
